Qualification framework
Score leads on destination match, dates, pax, budget band, and travel style. Auto-decline or nurture low scores. Cap distribution (e.g. three agencies per brief) to protect traveller experience and agency ROI.
Marketplace hygiene
Agencies should only receive marketplace leads when they claim their profile and enable lead delivery—unclaimed listings must not get unsolicited traveller PII. Transparent pricing per lead beats opaque auctions.
